2.0 BANK OPERATIONS OFFICER (1POST)
2.1 TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: three years contract (renewable)

2.3 MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
1. Checking the entries in registers, completing forms, documents, journals and ledgers relating to customer accounts in house accounts and other accounts.
2. Ensuring correctness in posting transaction into the ledgers of other accounts.
3. Attend to customer Queries as required.
4. Performed any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the senior officials
3.0 CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER (1 PEMBA):
3.1 TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: three years contract (renewable)
3.2 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Attending to customer enquired
2. Opening customer accountant of per banks KYC
3. Receiving
Customers, cheques other instrument and instructions and attending the m accordingly
4. Attending customers complain and be assigned from time to time by the solution.
5. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the senior officer
4.0 LEGAL OFFICER
4.1 TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: three years contract (renewable)

1. University degree in law majoring in company and commercial law
2. Ability to interpret legal and statutory document s.
3. Practicing advocate.

4.2 MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTY
1. Prepare legal contract between the banks
2. Verify correctness of information in loan agreements, securities and other legal document before submission to agreement
3. Assist in organization board of director’s management and other meetings according to the bank procedure.
4. Performer any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the senior officer
5.1 CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (ISLAMIC BANKING) 1 POST (PEMBA)

3. Receiving customer’s cheques other instrument and instruction and attending them accordingly.

6.0 FINANCE OFFICER (2 POST UNGUJA )
6.1 TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: three years contract (renewable)
6.2 REQUIRMENT QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Holder of degree or advanced Diploma in accountancy or equivalent qualification from recognized institution.
2. CPA or equivalent certificate is an added advantage.
3. Age should not be above be 35 years.
6.3 MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepairing various payment as per instructions.
2. Compiling and consideting budget proposals from head officer department and brunches.
3. Preparing periodic report for submission to the management and BOT
4. Perform any other financial accounting related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the senior officer.
7.0 PROCURMENT OFFICER (1 post Unguja )
7.1 TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: three years contract (renewable)
7.2 REQUIRMENT QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Degree in procurement a and chain supply or equivalent qualifications obtained from recognized institution.
2. Computer literacy and application in window and other packages
3. Age should be above be 35 years.
5. Experience of at least 2 years in procurement position.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring efficient and purchasing and stores management system is maintaining in the banking
1. Handle all clearing and forwarding related matters.
2. Assisting in the preparation of budget for the section.
3. Plan manages and control inventories.
4. Ensuring that performance of stock control is sufficient and economic level of stocks is maintained.
5. Perform any other financial accounting related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the senior officer.
8.0 MARKERTING AND RESEARCH OFFICER
1. University degree in marketing, commerce Business administration advanced Diploma in banking ,public administration or equivalent qualification.
2. Computer literacy and application in window and other packages
3. Age should not be above be 35 years.
5. Experience of at least 2 years in marketing
8.2 MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Preparing annual marketing plans and budget
2. undertaking marketing research in order to dertamain relevant product /service to client and researching on potential areas for location of banking business.
3. Prepare periodic marketing implementation reports for marketing manager .
4. Assisting in implementation advertising and promotional campaign
5. Assisting in reviewing performance of existing bank product.
6. Perform any other financial accounting related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the senior officer.
9.0 RISK AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER (1post Unguja).
9.1 TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: three years contract (renewable)
9.2 REQUIRMENT QUALIFICATIONS:
1. A bachelor Degree in risk management banking ,financial accounting Business administration or equivalent qualifications obtained from recognized institution.
2. Computer literacy and application in window and other packages
3. Age should not be above be 35 years.
5. Experience of at least 2 years in risk management
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Carrying out risk measurement and identifiying key risk exposure and early warning indicators.
2. Fallow up and analyze general marketing information trend and best practice for incorporatingin the banks risk management policies and frame work.
3. Preparing various report including incidence and other risk report
4. Instituting internal benchmark (parameter/limits) to evaluate and manage each of the lisk indicators in the bank.
5. Perform any other related duties as may be assigned frome time to time by the senior officer.
